ALL NIGHT SOUND BATH

St John the Baptist Church (Stadhampton Village Hall )

8.30pm Friday October 10th

Lisa Wehbe Cate Wise Laura Twomey

Your experienced facilitators Cate Wise, Laura Twomey and Lisa Wehbé will guide and hold space through the night so that you may journey deeply on the waves of resonance.
A precious opportunity for release arises at this time as the Moon transits from her full to waning phase and the season shifts further into Autumn. Time to release and reset.

During a Sound Bath we are immersed in resonance. The vibrations are intentionally soothing, relaxing and resetting for all aspects of being. Most Sound Baths are practiced for an hour or two and then we must move on... but at an all night sound event we have the opportunity to remain in the vibration for an extended period of time. The experience becomes deeper, effects are more lasting and our intentions magnified.
